TheVaporPro prides itself on customer service. The online store is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day if shipped to your billing address from the time your order is processed Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm EST excluding Sundays and Holidays. Orders are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail delivering your order to it final destination in 2-3 days.
Once your order has been shipped you may log into your account to check status and tracking information and you will also receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number. Upon receiving your tracking number you can click on th link on the email or freely contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to obtain the date of delivery.
Please allow 24 hours from the ship date of your package located in the lower left hand corner of you shipment notification email for the United States Postal Service to update their web site. Please note: The USPS web site is not updated on Sundays and national holidays. TheVaporPro ships all packages using USPS Priority Mail. Packages reach their destination in 2-3 days.
Due to new Credit Card PCI Compliance rules and regulations TheVaporPro can only ship to a new customer's billing address. Shipping to an address other than the billing address could cause a delay. Orders below $100.00 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 in the USA. Orders over $100.00 are SHIPPED FREE in the USA when a COUPON CODE is not used. Coupon Codes and Free Shipping cannot be combined. The additional purchase of shipping insurance is recommended and is available in the product listings or when you view your cart for an additional $2.00 on all orders.
Warranty
TheVaporPro offers the finest electronic cigarette's and guarantees all batteries, atomizers, chargers and/or any other accessories purchased from TheVaporPro for 14 days after receipt of the product. This timeframe helps TheVaporPro pass on the savings to you and provide the products inexpensively. Other companies provide extended warranties but charge $100-$150 for the same product. Please check and test your equipment during this 14 day timeframe. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation or use of product. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged or modified from its original state, or used for other than indoor use. All of our parts are manufactured with the highest standards and are checked for quality and tested at the factory and by myself personally before they are shipped to you. Cartridges and E-Liquid / Smoke Juice, are non-exchangable for safety concerns.
Customers should be aware that our Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette Batteries and Atomizers are manufactured to the highest quality however these products may fail or degrade over time especially if under constant use . Atomizers are only warrantied to not be DOA. (Dead On Arrival) TheVaporPro cannot be responsible for inappropriate use Example: Dry burning, use on high voltage units, and not insuring the atomizer is kept wet at all times etc.. Please note the average lifespan of an Electronic Cigarette Atomizer is around 14-60 days and a Battery can be up to 90 days dependent on its care and how they used and maintained. Procedures must be followed to prevent malfunction and damage of the product. We do not accept warranty claims if you use other operation procedures other than the ones stipulated on this website or contained in the owners manual.
Most users purchase extra "spare" Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries when they place their order.
TheVaporPro's Electronic Cigarette's contain lithuim ion batteries, electronic circuitry and microprocessors. Electronic Cigarette's should be stored and handled with care to extend their lifespan. Damage may occur if the battery is not charged properly or is used after the battery flashes, dropped, placed near magnets or electronic transmitting devices such as "cell phones and/or electronic keys" or is subjected to humidity, water and temperature extremes.
EGO and 510 batteries are manufactured to work with JOYE atomizers only. Use of these batteries with CLONE or other atomizers may not only yield poor results, it may damage the battery and or atomizer. The output, load and constant short circuit protection features of the batteries and atomizers have been engineered to achieve a perfect balance and ensure the safety of these products. TheVaporPro will not be responsible for damaged parts or poor results if these products are used with any NON-JOYETECH / CLONE product.
EGO and 510 batteries must be charged with JOYE chargers only. These include the USB charger, USB wall charger, USB car charger. JOYE chargers are subject to stringent testing and utilize a variety of polymer lithium battery charging protection circuitry. These include short-circuit protection, over charge production, over current production and battery abnormality protection. These protections ensure the safety and stability of the chargers. Use of NON-JOYE / CLONE chargers with the EGO and 510 batteries as well as use of the chargers with any NON-JOYE / CLONE battery may produce undesired and potentially hazardous results. Use of CLONE products will void the warranty and TheVaporPro will not be responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.
Warranty Return Policy
TheVaporPro stands behind its products as defined above and will replace or repair any defective atomizers, batteries or electrical items within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover E-liquid / Smoke Juice or Cartridges due to public health and safety regulations. In order to keep our prices low for all customers no returns will be accepted without notification (Return without prior authorization below) If a return is received without a RA# the shipment will be refused and/or returned to you at your cost.
Requesting an (RA#) Return Authorization Number
Email us at info@thevaporpro.com or use the Contact Us link located on the bottom right corner of your screen with the following information:
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for returning
• A copy of your invoice
• RA# number must be written on the outside of the package
• Product must be received within 7 days of RA# number issuance
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
Once your information has been received an authorization will be promptly emailed.
Replacement product cannot be shipped until the part in question is received and inspected by TheVaporPro. TheVaporPro reserve the right to determine whether a product is warrantable.
Note: Please use a padded envelope or box for all returns. Do not send parts in a regular envelope they jam the United States Postal Service's sorting machines which tear the envelope open and the parts and envelope are are destroyed and are rarely delivered intact. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediatly notified to pick the order for shipment. The cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to the shipper.
