Our products are only available to customers in the USA with a valid US Billing Address and Zip Code. When placing your order be sure to enter your US Billing Addess and Zip Code your bank has on file in order to pass the card processors (AVS) Address Verification Security.
If you are not shipping to a business address or using a business card please leave the Company shipping field empty or blank
Sorry at this time we do not ship to 3rd party freight forwarding companies or to countries outside the US.
TheVaporPro® prides itself on customer service. The online store, FAQ and Videos are accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day if shipped to your billing address and a email confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
We highly recommend the purchase of USPS Shipping Insurance which is one low price for any size order and is highly recommended on all orders for your protection in case of package loss or damage caused during shipping with US Post Office.
USPS Shipping Insurance can be purchased here and on the bottom of all product pages and can also be found on the main pages of the website. We cannot accept any liability for shipment loss. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local US Post Office.
An Adults Signature may be required if: 1) No USPS Shipping insurance was purchased to insure your package 2) The name and shipping address is different from the name and billing address 3) The value of the order is over $99.00.
All orders are processed around the clock by the warehouse and emails are answered within 24 hours of receipt during office hours Monday through Friday 10am-3pm EST and Saturday 10am-1pm EST excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays. As much as we wished that US Post Office worked 365 Days a year; the US Post Office does not. Orders placed after 9 AM on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. Any orders placed after 10 AM the day before a holiday can be expected to ship the next full business day.
If there is ever an issue that prevents us from shipping your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by a customer service representative during office hours by email ahead of time to resolve the issue in a timely manner so that your package can be shipped as soon as possible.
All shipments will be issued a tracking number for your convenience and if you create an account with us, you will be notified as soon as your package is processed and be able to track those shipments directly from your account dashboard page or clicking on the tracking number contained in your shipping notification e-mail.
Please register and create an account HERE or at checkout so you may login at any time to check on order processing or USPS package tracking if you are planning on using a FREE email address when placing an order. Testing has shown that these FREE email services do not deliver up to 80% of the emails sent to your Inbox or tag many valid emails as spam or trash.
An order confirmation email with a copy of your invoice is sent immediately after placing an order as an attachment as well an order shipping email is sent with a USPS Priority Package Tracking Number as soon as the package ships. If a you did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking email for any other reason, please login and check the spelling of the email address provided. If Guest checkout is used or no account is created we recommend using the email address that your Internet Service Provider issues for the best email Inbox performance.
Upon receiving your tracking number you can click on the link in the email or if you have any questions about shipping times, we encourage you to visit the United States Postal Service website for more information. You may also contact USPS by calling.. 1-800-ASK-USPS. To contact USPS customer service dial 1-800-275-8777 press option 6 and then option 4.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking Numbers:
We understand that our customers need products from us as quickly as possible. All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking numbers. TheVaporPro® ships all packages using USPS Priority Mail. Please note estimated delivery time provided by the US Post Office for domestic shipping as weather, sorting and transportation delays can occur that are out of our control. For USPS Estimated Delivery Times please click here to go to the USPS website for more details. Tracking numbers are normally visible at USPS.com 24 hours after the order has been sorted and received by the post office. If the number is not showing at the time you checked your tracking number please check back at a later time as USPS might be updating their system at the time you checked your tracking number. Your shipping date is located in the lower left hand corner of your shipment notification email. Please Note: The US Post Office does not update their website on Sundays or Federal Holidays when they are closed. New Year's Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. If the Holiday falls on a Sunday the following Monday will be the Federal Holiday.
Items lost in transit:
Once an item is shipped and a tracking number is provided, If a package is lost or damaged and shipping insurance was purchased for your package TheVaporPro will gladly sumit a claim on your behalf. Since we are not the shipping carrier TheVaporPro® cannot be responsible or liable for the shipping carriers actions in transit for loss or damage to packages that have not been insured by the purchaser. The additional purchase of shipping insurance is recommended on all orders for your protection in case of loss or damage during shipping and is available on the bottom of each product page or main page and can be added to your shopping cart for an additional $2.00 on any size order. Since we are not the shipping carrier we cannot be held liable for any package that is shown as delivered by USPS but are not received by you.
Shipping Insurance and Claims:
If you opted to purchase shipping insurance please note the following critical time periods for claims: U.S. Domestic delivery: Claim for non receipt can be filed no earlier than 21 days after the package was shipped.
All insurance claims must be filed and received no later than 60 days from the ship date. Claims received after 60 days from the ship date cannot be processed for reimbursement. It is imperative that you contact us as soon as the minimum waiting period is met to start processing any claims for loss.
We are committed to providing you with the best shipping service and if for whatever reason, you experience shipping issues, please contact us and we will do whatever is in our power to make sure that you receive your goods on time and in full working order!
Due to new Credit Card PCI Compliance rules and regulations TheVaporPro® can only ship to a new customer's billing address. Shipping to an address other than the billing address could cause a delay and require a signature of receipt.
Orders below $100.00 in product will have a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 in the USA. Individual orders over $100.00 in product will be SHIPPED FREE in the USA when a COUPON CODE is not used. Coupon Codes and Free Shipping cannot be combined or stacked.

This time frame helps TheVaporPro® pass on the savings to you and provide the products inexpensively below retail. The limited warranty does not cover such consumables like Cartomizers, Cartridges, Atomizers, Liquids and Smoke Juices that are not returnable / refundable or exchangeable due to health and safety rules regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used. We are quite confident that as a consumer, you would not want to purchase/receive a previously returned item that we would be unable to guarantee. Retailers provide extended warranties but charge $150-$300 for the same product and then charge shipping and handling fees for the warrantied part that is equal to our everyday low price. Please check and test your equipment during this 14 day time frame. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling or installation, improper use, improper maintenance or modification, use of parts or supplies not provided or supported by TheVaporPro®. Keep your device separate from other items like keys or change which can collide with the device causing cosmetic or functional damage. Warranty claims for scratches will not be accepted. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged or modified from its original state, or used for other than indoor use. These are consumable personal products that do not last forever and do require replacement with use and are non-exchangeable and cannot be restocked and resold due to health and safety concerns.
Customers should be aware that all parts like rechargeable electronic cigarette li-po batteries and atomizers are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are checked for quality and tested at the factory and by our warehouse before they are shipped to you however these products are consumable and degrade or fail especially if under constant use and not rotated throughout the days use. The life of the consumables varies from person to person, dependent on the use and habits of the individual user. The average lifespan of an Electronic Cigarette Atomizer is around 14-45 days and a Battery can be up to 90 days dependent on its care and how they are used and maintained.
Please note atomizers are consumable parts with a limited useful life and under normal usage; care must be taken during use to prevent premature failure, degradation or loss in performance. Damage may occur in seconds shortening the average life expectancy or burn out the heating element. To extend atomizer life it best to avoid, running an atomizer dry without adequate liquid (dry burning), overheating the atomizer (not allowing enough time between puffs to stay cool), running higher voltage or higher wattage settings (when using an adjustable battery), drops or shocks, use of damaged batteries, batteries of unknown condition or additions added to e-liquids.
Due to the nature of use and limited useful life, atomizers are only warrantied to not be “DOA” (Dead On Arrival) and all atomizers should be checked within 24 hours of delivery. If an atomizer is “DOA” an email must be received by TheVaporPro® within 24 hours of delivery. If several atomizers are purchased all must be checked within this limited “DOA” warranty period. Cartomizers due to their nature and materials used in their construction are not applicable to replacements.
As a reminder atomizers operate in a pretty rough thermodynamic environment (temperature extremes, voltage variations, and differences in liquid, which cause the atomizer to deteriorate) Atomizers, cartridges and batteries are consumables and are considered throw away consumable parts that do not last forever.
Most users purchase "spare parts" Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries when they place their order.
TheVaporPro® cannot be responsible for inappropriate use Example: Dry burning, use on high voltage units, usage on batteries or devices not sold by TheVaporPro® and not insuring the atomizer is kept wet at all times etc.. Use of high voltage units unapproved e-liquids or other substances placed in the atomizer or dry burning and not insuring the atomizer is kept wet at all times are not covered under this warranty, Activating a dry atomizer will shorten its life and will burn the atomizer out, damaging it. An atomizer can be instantly destroyed by activating the atomizer dry or activating the atomizer for an extended period of time. Keep the cartridge full and the atomizer wet at all times. If at any time you notice a burnt taste, remove the cartridge and refill it, also add a couple of drops of E liquid directly into the atomizer to prolong the atomizers life. Please note the average lifespan of an Electronic Cigarette Atomizer is around 14-45 days and a Battery can be up to 90 days dependent on its care and how they are used and maintained. For maximum performance we recommend the purchase of new atomizers every 30 days and batteries every 60 days. Procedures must be followed to prevent malfunction and damage of the product. We do not accept warranty claims if you use other operation procedures other than the ones stipulated on this website or contained in the user’s manual.
All products are covered against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated in the above Limited Warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective battery, charger or accessory under the 14 day warranty period or a DOA atomizer under the 24 to 48 hour warranty timeframe and would like to initiate a warranty replacement under the terms of our limited warranty, please follow the Warranty Return Policy below.
Please be sure you're certain before purchasing these products. Due to the nature of use and average life of these consumable personal products, these products cannot be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices due to health and safety concerns making them non-exchangeable or returnable once delivered. These products are not sold with a money back guarantee.
TheVaporPro's Electronic Cigarette's contain lithium Poly batteries, electronic circuitry and microprocessors. Electronic Cigarette's should be stored and handled with care to extend their lifespan. Damage may occur if the battery is not charged properly or is used after the battery flashes, dropped, placed near magnets or electronic transmitting devices such as "cell phones and/or electronic keys" or is subjected to humidity, water and temperature extremes.
TheVaporPro® Genuine Joyetech eGo, 510 eRoll, eCab and eVic batteries are manufactured and tested to work with GENUINE JOYETECH Approved Atomizers only. Use of these batteries with COPY CAT / CLONE atomizers may not only yield poor results, it may damage the battery and / or atomizer. The output, load and constant short circuit protection features of the batteries and atomizers have been engineered to achieve a perfect balance and ensure the safety of these products. TheVaporPro® will not be responsible for damaged parts or poor results if these Genuine Joye products are used with any COPY CAT / NON-JOYETECH product.
TheVaporPro Joye eGo, Joye 510, Joye eRoll, Joye eCab and Joye eVic batteries must be charged with the correct matching GENUINE Joyetech charger sold by TheVaporPro®. These include the USB charger, USB to AC Wall Adapter, USB Car Adpater. GENUINE JOYETECH chargers sold by TheVaporPro® are subject to stringent testing and utilize a variety of polymer lithium battery charging protection circuitry. These include short-circuit protection, over charge production, over current production and battery abnormality protection. These protections ensure the safety and stability of the chargers and batteries. Use of COPY CAT / CLONED, NON JOYE or NON MATCHING Chargers with the Joye eGo, Joye 510, Joye eRoll, Joye eCab and Joye eVic batteries as well as use of a Genuine Joye charger with any COPYCAT / CLONED or NON GENUINE JOYE battery may produce undesired and potentially hazardous results like battery bursting and or fire. Use of COPYCAT / CLONE or MIS MATCHED products not tested and sold by the TheVaporPro® with Genuine Joye Products will void any warranty. TheVaporPro® will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the mixing of parts made by other brands, models, incorrect parts, misuse or using the product in a way it was not designed or intended.
Limited Warranty Return Policy
TheVaporPro® stands behind its products as defined on the Limited Warranty page here and will replace or repair within the warranty period. No refunds will be made on consumable products. Please be sure to trouble shoot before sending components back for repair or replacement to avoid additional charges. Items that show signs of wear or heavy use may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. RA's are handled on a case by case basis.
This warranty does not cover consumables (with the exception of "DOA" Atomizers) such as Cartomizers, Cartridges, Liquids and Smoke Juices and therefore are not returnable / refundable or exchangeable due to health and safety rules regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used.
We are quite confident that as a consumer, you would not want to purchase/receive a previously returned item that we would be unable to guarantee. In order to keep our prices low for all customers no returns will be accepted without prior notification and authorization (Returns require prior authorization see below). If a return is received without a RA# on the outside of the package or requires a signature the shipment will be refused and/or returned to you at your cost.
Requesting an (RA#) Return Authorization Number
Email us at email@example.com or use the Contact Us link located on the bottom right corner of your screen with the following information:
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Write the reason for returning to expedite the process.
• Send a copy of your invoice
• Wait for the RA approval email (The email will contain the RA number)
• Before MAILING THE PACKAGE WRITE THE RA# NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
• Returns must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days after the RA# number is issued
• Customers are responsible for any shipping charges. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item.
Once your information has been received an authorization will be promptly emailed. Replacement product cannot be shipped until the part in question is received and inspected by TheVaporPro®. TheVaporPro® reserve the right to determine whether a product is warrantable.
Note: Please use only a padded envelope or box for all returns. Do not send parts wrapped and placed in a regular envelope used for flat mail as they jam the United States Postal Service's sorting machines which tear the envelope open and the parts and envelope are are destroyed and are rarely delivered intact. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.
Cancellations: Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted due to the nature of these devices ALL SALES are FINAL. All Consumables like Liquids, Smoke Juices, Cartridges, Batteries and Atomizers are not returnable / refundable or exchangeable due to health and safety rules regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used. We are quite confident that as a consumer, you would not want to purchase/receive a previously returned item that we would be unable to guarantee. All shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable in addition; a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to the shipper.
Credit Card Scammers: Any credit card chargeback will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a chargeback. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your debit information will be reported to the three Credit Bureau Agencies. We strongly recommend that you contact us to avoid ruining your credit for 7 years....We take credit card scammers very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers please email us with your concerns...
